Export User Database

Check or Allow User Activation

Administrator Password
User's Activation Request (or #serial number)
Allow additional activation (otherwise checks previous installs but does not commit yet).
Clear all previous installs and then commit the current activation. Must also check Allow.
Clear all previous installs without adding an additional activation. Must also check Allow.
